Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling or receiving services from [Your Company

transporting any items valued at over $500. Failure to disclose such items
waives our liability for loss or damage.
6. Force Majeure / Weather Exposure Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting
from weather exposure, including rain, snow, or other acts of nature,
particularly when:
- Items
are delivered and left outside per the client’s request or
- Client
fails to move delivered items indoors in a timely manner
7. Client Representation
Clients agree to:
- Provide
accurate and complete information
- Be
present during the move or designate a representative
- Disclose
fragile, high-value, or sensitive items prior to service
Failure to do so releases [Your Company Name] from liability
for any resulting issues.
8. Claims & Dispute Resolution
