Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from weather exposure, including rain, snow, or other acts of nature, particularly when:

  • Items are delivered and left outside per the client’s request or
  • Client fails to move delivered items indoors in a timely manner

7. Client Representation

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Be present during the move or designate a representative
  • Disclose fragile, high-value, or sensitive items prior to service

8. Claims & Dispute Resolution
