Local Delivery (within 10 miles) The standard rate for deliveries within a 10-mile radius from the pickup location. Our base rate covers packages up to 5 pounds, ensuring efficient and reliable service. For deliveries exceeding 10 miles, an additional mileage charge applies.

  • Base Rate: $10 per delivery. 1-2 business days. (Up to 5 lbs, Order must be received before 4:00pm ET)
  • Additional Weight Charges: For packages over 5 pounds, we charge an extra $0.67 per pound.
  • Mileage Charges: For deliveries exceeding 10 miles, we charge an additional $2.91 per mile beyond the first 10 miles.

Next-Day Delivery (within 10 miles) The standard rate for next-day deliveries within a 10-mile radius from the pickup location. Our base rate covers packages up to 5 pounds. For deliveries exceeding 10 miles, additional mileage charges apply.

Expedited Delivery Options (Express & Rush)
For customers needing faster delivery service, we offer two expedited options: Express and Rush delivery.

Expedited Rush Delivery (3-4 hours):
Additional Fee: $30 total (Includes $10 extra added to the base rate)

Expedited Express Delivery (1-2 hours):
Additional Fee: $35 total (Includes $15 extra added to the base rate)


Volume-Based Pricing

  • Description: For customers with high volume or regular deliveries, discounted rates based on monthly delivery volume.

    • 1-50 deliveries/month: Standard rates
    • 51-100 deliveries/month: 10% discount
    • 101-200 deliveries/month: 15% discount
    • 201+ deliveries/month: 20% discount

  • Base Rate: $9 per delivery. 1-2 business days. (Up to 5 lbs, Order must be received before 4:00pm ET)
  • Same-Day: $18 per delivery.
  • Next-Day: $13.5 per delivery.

  • Base Rate: $8.5 per delivery. 1-2 business days. (Up to 5 lbs, Order must be received before 4:00pm ET)
  • Same-Day: $17 per delivery.
  • Next-Day: $12.75 per delivery.
  • Additional Weight Charges: For packages over 5 pounds, we charge an extra $0.67 per pound.

For example, if your package weighs 10 pounds, the total delivery cost would be the base rate of $8.5 plus an additional $3.35 (5 extra pounds at $0.67 per pound), making the total $11.85.

Volume-Based Delivery 201+ Deliveries/Month (within 10 miles)

Discounted rates based on monthly delivery volume for customers with high volume or regular delivery needs. Our base rate for local delivery 200+ /month  covers packages up to 5 pounds. This rate ensures reliable and timely delivery within your chosen geographic area. If your package exceeds this weight limit, an additional charge will apply.

  • 201+ Deliveries/Month
  • Base Rate: $8 per delivery. 1-2 business days. (Up to 5 lbs, Order must be received before 4:00pm ET)
  • Same-Day: $16 per delivery.
  • Next-Day: $12 per delivery.
  • Additional Weight Charges: For packages over 5 pounds, we charge an extra $0.67 per pound.

Signature Confirmation

  • Description: Additional service for deliveries requiring recipient signature upon delivery for security and proof of receipt.
  • Rate: $5 per delivery

  • Description: Tailored pricing plans for large corporate clients, e-commerce businesses, or government agencies based on specific service needs, volume, and delivery frequency.

Additional Fees and Surcharges

  • Fuel Surcharge: Variable rate based on current fuel prices, applied to each delivery.
  • Holiday/Weekend Surcharge: Additional $5 for deliveries made on holidays or weekends.
  • Waiting Time: $10 per 15 minutes of waiting time beyond the first 10 minutes at pickup or delivery location.
